The DILG, in collaboration with CBMS Network Team and the LGUs will provide technical assistance on Poverty Diagnosis and Planning Using the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) as its generation module for poverty baseline data and MDG benchmarks.
The Community-Based Monitoring System is an organized way of collecting information at the local level for use of local government units, national government agencies, non-government organizations, and civil society for planning program implementation and monitoring.
It involves the participation of various stakeholders at each geopolitical level.
